The mission of Litigation Solutions is to provide the insurance, legal and self-insured communities with the opportunity to streamline the vendor management process associated with claims handling. Litigation Solutions provides a full range of services throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region in two core service areas including Investigative Services and Record Acquisition Services. The principals and senior management of the company have a unique combination of experience working with third-party administrators, insurance companies and self-insured clients. The company uses its technology platform and regional coverage to appeal to a client base that requires all of the capabilities of the national companies, but the service level provided by the local vendors. This gives LSLLC a unique competitive advantage. One of the owners, Carolyn Langenohl, has more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry as a Litigation Specialist and insurance agent for the largest auto carrier in the United States as well as a paralegal background for one of the largest law firms in the City of Pittsburgh. Carolyn's background gives Litigation Solutions the unique advantage of senior management from the perspective of our clients, with experience and a deep understanding of the litigation and claims process. Carolyn's responsibility within the firm is oversight of operations. Steve Mazefsky has more than 18 years in business development and management within the insurance and self-insured communities of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Steve is responsible for Litigation Solutions' business development and account management, covering all products and services for over 100 different self-insured employers, third party administrators, insurance carriers and law firms within the Mid-Atlantic Region. This unique combination of talents, together with a dedicated staff and management team has allowed Litigation Solutions to grow from its humble beginnings of two people in our Pittsburgh office to a company that now employees nearly 100 people across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
