Background Search
LSLLC will perform the following search:Claimant Indexing through online
index database, court record checks, civil/criminal/traffic/accidents,
DMV, vital statistics, court filings, judgements, liens, property transfers,
other public records (federal, state, local).
Asset Searches
Basic - Database driven search verifying the existence of property
ownership, liens, judgments, bankruptcy, UCC filings, and department of
motor vehicle (DMV) information.
Intermediate - Basic services with attached supporting documentation.
Advanced - Intermediate service, as well as interviews with neighbors,
former employers, etc.
Household Insurance Checks
When a client requests a household search, LSLLC runs the address provided for
the subject through a database and DMV results will be obtained for any individual
within the residence. If a specific DOL is provided, any insurance
documentation appropriate to the DOL will be provided.
