LSLLC Customer Link is directly connected to LSLLC's Internet databases where the data that our staff is using to manage the work you have assigned to us is stored. When you are looking at LSLLC Customer Link, you can rest assured that you are viewing the most current information available.

Every client has the option to benefit from utilizing LSLLC Customer Link. Although we understand the necessity of maintaining the old-fashion methods of request submission, we tend to promote the technically advanced method of submission through LSLLC Customer Link as a convenience factor. Not only does it provide a way to submit requests to LSI, but has a number of additional features that we believe are to your benefit as well.

 
HOW SECURE IS THIS WEBSITE?

LSLLC is as concerned as you are about keeping your information secure as it travels through the Internet. To ensure the security of your data, we use Secure Socket Layer encryption, the same type of security used by companies such as Microsoft, eBay, and Amazon.

Each client is set up with a unique account on LSLLC Customer Link, which comes with an individualized username and password. This can be set up either by firm or by individual. Each time you login to your LSLLC Customer Link account, for your privacy protection, you will be prompted to provide your unique username and password to access the account.

Work In Progress The Work In Progress feature is your informational source for keeping you up-to-date on your pending requests. It provides you with a summarized view of all pending case requests and allows you to break each case request down to get further detail and status information. This feature also provides you with the name and contact information of the LSLLC Representative that is accountable for your work requests, so you know exactly who to contact in case of emergencies or questions.
Request Records The Request Records feature allows our clients to submit their requests via LSLLC Customer Link. The requesting process is pretty self-explanatory with several different screens to be completed regarding each type of request information: Client Contact/Subject Information, Authorization/Subpoena Information, Medical Provider Information, and Additional Counsel Information.
Add to Existing Request This feature allows our clients to select and add to existing requests that had previously been submitted via LSLLC Customer Link under that specific account.
Provider Lookup This feature allows our clients to search LSLLC's ever-growing provider database for correct addresses and contact information on the provider you wish to request from.
Authorization Form Library A library of over 140 special authorization forms from area providers, including four different HIPAA Compliant Authorization templates, which are available for downloading in PDF and TIF formats.
Requestor Summary This report shows statistics related to your record retrieval activity for any date range, summarized by individual record requestors. Statistics include requests, providers, rush requests, and the average turn-around time.
PA Copy Cost Calculator The PA Copy Cost Calculator allows you to estimate the cost of your records based on the page count per the most recent Pennsylvania Fee Schedule, which establishes the amounts a medical provider may charge for a patients treatment records.

Investigative Services Features
Surveillance Work Request The Surveillance Work Request feature is used to create new surveillance assignments through our secure connection. Assignments will be transmitted to our staff, and you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your request, and a follow-up call from our staff within 24 hours.
Open Cases The Open Cases feature maintains a list of cases that we're currently handling for you. From the case listing, click on any subject / claimant name to view a detailed status, download reports, and view video clips (if applicable to your request).
All Cases by Date The All Cases by Date feature maintains a list of all cases that we've ever handled for you, by request date. From the case listing, click on any subject / claimant name to view a detailed status, download reports, and view video clips (if applicable to your request).
Managers' Report This report will show case summaries for all the cases that were submitted by your office. It will also allow you to sort your information by client, date, insured, adjuster, and/or injury for thorough analysis. Finally, it will summarize all costs and results for any time frame requested.
Summary Report The Summary Report feature is a report, which allows you to track the results and costs of all surveillance assignments, including assignment detail and video clips. A great tool for the management and analysis of your investigative vendor.
DMV Search Request The DMV Search Request feature allows you to submit DMV requests online 24/7.
Open DMV Requests The Open DMV Requests feature allows you to review the status and results of all your pending DMV requests online.
View Existing Requests The View Existing Requests feature maintains all surveillance requests that you have submitted through LSLLC Customer Link.
